Please check your goods carefully & within 7 days upon receiving. Returns, claims & credits must be reported to Horgans Head Office within 7 days of receipt of the delivery. If a reseller fails to claim or notify Horgans of any damage or faulty goods within this period, this constitutes acceptance.
Horgans Sales Representatives & Sales Agents are unable to accept return of claimed goods without prior authorisation from Horgans Head Office. If you are reselling Horgans products, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods received within 7 days of receipt of the delivery & prior to reselling Horgans product Please retain the original packaging
